Design Notes
BioBrick vector pSB1A2 was first cut with EcoRI/PstI. An insert containing modified prefix and suffix (according to assembly standard 37) was ligated in between. Subsequently a ccdB domain was inserted between AgeI and XmaI restriction sites.
Source
The source is BioBrick vector pSB1A2; modified prefix and suffix sequences are of synthetic origin; ccdB originates from part BBa_P1010.
